Great hope of sending education, Teaching and research win-win situation

为了进一步充分发挥名师引领、示范和辐射作用，着重提升大望片区英语教师专业素养，大力提高课堂教学效果、教学质量，应大望学校"送教入校"活动之邀，响应"请进来、走出去、带回来"的教研宗旨，6月2日下午我校派出二位外教老师 Carla和Isabella 前往大望开展中外教联合教研活动。

In order to further give full play to the leading, demonstration and radiation effects of famous teachers, focus on improving the professionalism of English teachers in the Dawang area, and vigorously improve the classroom teaching effect and teaching quality, we should respond to the invitation of Dawang School"s "Send Teachers to School" activity and respond to "Please come in, go out, With the teaching and research purpose of "Bringing Back", our school sent two foreign teachers, Carla and Isabella, to Dawang on the afternoon of June 2 to carry out joint teaching and research activities between Chinese and foreign teachers.

互助共成长

双方领导对此次教研活动高度重视，邓校和刘校亲自带队，全程参与送教活动。Carla老师选取了中学生喜闻乐见的“爱好和职业”话题，通过询问大家的爱好以及谈论未来的职业偏好，导入先行词汇，反复操练核心句型，为学生的流畅口语输出做出了铺垫，同时鼓励学生大胆开口说英语，本节课课堂氛围好，学生参与兴趣浓厚，整堂课老师和同学之间互动顺畅气氛活跃，教学任务圆满完成。

The leaders of both sides attached great importance to this teaching and research activity. Deng Xiao and Liu Xiao personally led the team and participated in the teaching activity throughout the process. Teacher Carla selected the topic of "hobbies and careers" that middle school students love to hear. By asking everyone about their hobbies and discussing their future career preferences, she introduced advanced vocabulary and repeatedly practiced core sentence patterns, paving the way for students" fluent oral English output. At the same time, she encouraged students Boldly speaking English, the classroom atmosphere of this class is good, the students have a strong interest in participation, the interaction between the teacher and classmates is smooth and the atmosphere is active throughout the class, and the teaching task is successfully completed.

课后由两校的科组长分别进行了点评和教学经验分享，听课的老师们积极参与评课， 针对这节课作出了精彩的点评，并提出了一些老师们在英语常规教学中遇到的困惑，大家也纷纷说出了自己的方法。

After the class, the department leaders of the two schools made comments and shared teaching experience respectively. The teachers who attended the class actively participated in the class evaluation, made wonderful comments on this class, and raised some of the teachers’ problems in the regular English teaching. Confused, everyone also expressed their own methods.
